They have upgraded this place a lot. Very comfortable and clean. Great location for us as well.
Simple hotel, but clean and comfortable, excellent customer service. Restaurant/bar attached ... Standard bar fare, excellent on tap selections and excellent prices!! Again, A-1 customer service. Great location in Falmouth village ... Cant beat this for the price!!
The rooms condition was very nice. The location was decent. Our problem with the hotel was that we were part of a large group that had many rooms with were spread around the 1st floor. At around 8pm a middle aged couple complained about all of our rooms being too loud and we were told we had to quiet down. I'm upset that at such an early hour the views of 2 paying customers was taken over the views of 50+ paying customers. We are paying to stay there too and there's a lot more of us, and if that's how we're treated at 8pm, I'm not interested in staying there again.
Stayed at Falmouth Inn because it was near the ferry to Martha's vineyard. Really enjoyed the stay. It wasn't all that expensive, but was a nicer hotel than I was expecting. The front desk workers were very nice and informative. Would recommend if you're planning a trip to Massachusetts!
