With a flat tire on a busy holiday weekend, we were lucky to find an accommodating staff at Town Fair Tire in Falmouth. There, Mike sized up the problem and had us back on the road inside of 90 minutes. He even reached out to Michelin for us since the damaged tire, which had to be replaced, was still under warrantee. The staff was friendly, quick and professional and we really appreciated the fact that they made the experience so painless. Nice job!

Great experience!! I went in thinking they would try to sell me tires but instead they simply plugged and patched my tire for only$8.21. MIKE was very helpful, professional and courteous as was the manager. I was given a text when my car went into the bay and texted again when it was completed!
I made a mistake this afternoon by hitting a curb, which resulted in getting a flat tire. After having to wait about 1 1/2 hours for AAA to come to change the tire in about 5 minutes, I was pretty bummed out. My husband called ahead to Town Fair Tire in Falmouth and spoke to the manager, Tom to make sure they would have what I needed for my car. From the moment that I walked into Town Fair Tire in Falmouth and Tom told Mike my situation, Mike was amazing! The customer service received here was just great! Mike explained everything to me and estimated the time that my car would be ready, and it was ready before they had said. Thank you so much Mike and Tom!
