Went for an oil change, for a hybrid sedan today. It was supposed to be 68.00 dollars for my civic hybrid oil change. The clerk tipped himself 2 dollars. The printed receipt stated he gave me 2 dollars change, from 70 dollars cash I gave him while in reality he kept it for himself. Petty thief. Tall blond haired guy with a smug smile.

Well may be a little bias as my husband Michael Mandell use to work there. Employees are very friendly and carefully selected by a great business manager. Also known as Bigg Boss. You get what you pay for. Great service always comes with a price so to complain about $15.00 for a cartridge filter (suck it up buttercup) its a small thing in a larger picture. Great service period. If you're gonna complain about the price then maybe you should do your own work and buy your own parts get hurt and burnt like the techs do that do what you can't.

Would rate it minus stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service, go in for a regular conventional oil change which is listed as 39.99 and when I go to pay they charged me more for doing things I never asked for and was not informed about. Terrible service and very unprofessional.
