Had such a positive costumer experience,,, ever....Tim was amazing, although it was busy and the phone was ringing of the hook..and 3 othere costumers were waiting he greeted us all ..very nice

Worst experience ever! Our rental car had no heat, on the coldest weekend in East Falmouth, driving home from a wedding when it's 23 degrees outside was the worst. Was informed by road side assistance when I called on Sunday there was nothing they could do, and because I don't remember who i talked to there is no record of me calling. So I will get a 20 % discount for freezing my ass off. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
