Pick up always on time; service reps try very hard to make all aspects of the rental go well and they work to be ure you do not spend more than is needed.
Every enterprise employee I've met or spoke with on the phone has ALWAYS been wonderful... until I went here. I'm a loyal costumer, I rent 1 to 3 times a year. I've never ever had any problems, any complaints. Never any issues, never left and felt like crying. But my experience here was so horrible, I don't know if I'll ever rent from any enterprise ever again. I left almost in tears. I'm disgusted with the way the staff spoke and handled business. I'm extremely disappointed that people like that even work for this company. I was completely caught off guard. In the past 5 years I've rented probably 12 or so cars. I don't recommend going here. I'm not going to go into detail but I'm 100% sure any other enterprise you go to will have way better staff then this one does. I, personally, don't think I'll ever do business with enterprise again but I urge anyone who is to pick a different location. You'll find the normal kind of staff I've come to expect from enterprise.
If ther was a lower rating this plase has certainly earned it. I send them business all the time as a shop owner and my customers 4 times out of 5 (for example) have been extremely disapointed. I called 6 times in one day only to be put on hold, each time for a minimum of 10 minutes (until i got sick of waiting) and 1 time for almost 20 minutes. I figured they were busy so i drove there and called from the parking lot. I waited on hold 9 minutes and walked in when i was still on hold, only to find the person not helping a customer just sitting behind her desk making small talk with the fellow empoyee. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the Falmouth MA Enterprise. I will not be sending anymore customers to this location.

It might be too early to make a statement in regards to my last rental. I do have another rental scheduled for today, so I will be able to speak directly with the manager at that point.
At this point, BY MY RECORDS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA DAY. I will speak with the person in charge first before I want to post something that may not be true !!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! They take $250 deposit. Agent said it will be deposited back as soon as I return the car. At this time, money is still not re-credited!!! Customer service on the phone told me it will take 7-10 business days to re-credit my account. Now, some other district manager say it will take 48 hours. So three people tell you three different versions. All so that they hold on to your money!!! The very fact that they DO NOT SAY ANYTHING about it at the time of rental, even LYING and MISLEADING about it is UNLAWFUL and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! *Car was not clean by the way*. WORSE business ever! Other rental places in town are much more professional and have better car selection.
