very friendly assistant on site. impossible to reach directly via phone. people on the hotline don't seem to have any insight of locally available cars (change needed due to nail in tire). for going to MV without a car, it's a good drop off point.
I've always had a smooth experience here. Returning cars after hours is no problem. They've upgraded me to a sports car when they didn't have the midsize available. They have clean restrooms on site. It's not a far walk to downtown. Only downside is the off-season hours, when they close at 3 pm.
