Very organized. Good disabled access. You can reach the women's toilets from outside, but the door isn't marked. There's a kiosk for passenger tickets so no need to wait in line, but you need to know that in advance as it's not obvious. Always make a reservation for a future boat, if they don't have room on the ferry you want your car on. Show up earlier and hope for the best, or phone from your car to check for cancellations. You can't wait for a future boat in high season, but you Can for an earlier one, even on blacklist dates. You get one free auto change, after that it's $10 (9/2017)
Nice boat ride. I wish they had healthier food. There's many levels on the boat. When we went it wasn't crowded which was great. The price was $15 which was pretty decent
They keep spots for emergency vehicles and residents, so full boats ain't necessarily so and freight boats run but aren't listed. Lots of them, and I prefer them anyway but there's no beer, hotdogs or other in a freight boat.
Pretty efficient operation. Prices were very good compared to other ferry services especially. Good docking, no incidents. Food on board. Parking for passengers is about 20 minutes away ($15/day) with a free shuttle. Kind of a hassle, but ok if you want to save a couple dollars.

Shuttle service is quick and reliable, and all parking lot attendants and bus operators are kind and helpful. Figuring out which ferry is which can be a challenge, and the info booth is frequently empty, and it can be difficult to find someone to answer questions when the terminal is busy. Rates are great.
Communication sucks! Trying to find the right ferry to take us to Martha's Vineyard was next to Impossible. They sent us to three different sites before finally getting to the right one. The ferry ride was fine.
