I have go there to pressure wash my car and my car is still dirty. I am thinking that they just recycle old water from previous washes. The no soap thing has happened to me twice. I am meticulous about my car being clean. After I wash it and wipe it down my cloth is filthy just from doing the hood. Wish there was a better car wash closer to me.
They do a great job at washing your car and vacuuming as well. If you want to give your car a real treat have it fully detailed. My pickup truck was filthy and is now like brand new. Thank you Falmouth Car Wash! I love the place, you will be happy with it. I have been there about 20 times over the past 3-4 years.
Purchased their "best" wash called the Ultimate Yacht. The wash bay itself does a decent job making the paint look good. The Ultimate Yacht includes rims and tires glass clean the inside etc.. They did a decent job vacuming the floors, The glass was harder to see out of before they cleaned it. None of the inside surfaces were wiped down. There was over spray for the tires all over the rims. I thought about going back to have it redone but figured what's the point with that little effort being put into the first attempt. This area desperately needs a decent car wash.
Horrible purchased a fifty dollar gift card went in to ask how to use it at the self serve bays the woman at the counter was so RUDE she kept telling us I can't give you cash back there is no place ever that would give you cash back. We didn't ask for cash back we simply wanted to know how to use the gift card. Yes we will use it up but never go to this car wash again. Yes they have water and soap but no professional help
I paid for the biggest package, $31.95.... I told them to make sure the windows were done, specifically the the back window cause I couldn't do it due to surgery on my hand. I get in, soap & water all around the inside door frames, a half assed drying.. I had to rewash all my windows which was very painful. This is the second time this happened, I will never return..... Very disappointing.
