From the Woods Hole Museum which is on a hill overlooking the Coast Guard Station, it got my attention on the Drive to the Martha's Vineyard Ferry
If you get on the cape don't miss this place! It has a lot of fun things to see and do. The shops and local restaurants are great as well. Woods Hole can get crowded in the summer but it's worth the effort to get there. The photography opportunities are endless and I can't recommend a visit here enough!
Housed in a home from the 1830s, the museum has changing exhibits and a small boat museum featuring the vessels which have plyed the waters of Woods Hole. Local authors' books and sea glass jewelry are featured in the gift shop, along with spectacular yarn. Family friendly, with lots of boat-related activities. A must see in Woods Hole.
