Very limited parking in front of the lighthouse but one can park on the sides.
The lighthouse is closed for construction at the moment but you can climb up which is cool ..
Please don't kill me as I run or bike on the road because you are looking at the view instead of paying attention to driving your oversized SUV with out of state plates. It's not my fault that the road has no sidewalk; if I had my way, it would be closed to cars and become an extension of the bike path. In any event, you don't have some god-given right to use the whole lane. Slow down or stop and wait till it is safe to pass.
Great location and very picturesque. It takes a bit of a walk to get here from where you get off the ferry. But it's worth every bit of it. Biking might be the best option to get there. The lighthouse itself is slightly smaller than one can imagine. It's beautiful all around.
