Large, roomy fitness center with a massive assortment of weighttraining machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, although a day pass for guests is a bit pricy at $9.00. Also included in this facility are tennis courts, racquetball , and softball batting cages.
They have multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. I'm not crazy about the elptical machines they have, but that's just personal choice.
Employees always helpful. Price seems reasonable.
Extremely rude employees, especially the front desk, and overly expensive prices. Would never recommend to anyone. Save your money or spend it elsewhere
I've been going here on a day pass for years when ever I'm in Falmouth. Great facility with plenty of free weights and equipment. Good locker room and showers.
