I have been attending aromayoga classes at Calm Studio for the past few months. Melissa is very knowledgeable and generous in her instruction and use of essential oils. She always asks if anyone has anything that is bothering them or if there is anything they would like to incorporate into the practice. The studio is intimate and located just outside of Falmouth center,, making it very accessible. I highly recommend this studio and am actually planning a ladies' getaway weekend and have organized a private group class for me and my friends, really looking forward to that!
Wonderful yoga studio with a great offering of yoga and wellness classes. Teachers are attentive and caring. Always leave feeling energize, focused and calm!
