I have gone to Dr. Guo for many years. I have never been to another proctologist, so I can not make a comparison, but I have always found him polite and kind. He seems to me to be very competent, and I know that my own physician also goes to him.
Completely incompetent. This doctor is condescending, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I was very much looking forward to my appointment with him but if your symptoms don’t obviously point to the problem then he has no clue what’s wrong and has absolutely no desire to help. I was completely blown away by his attitude. He did not even look at my previous test results. What a joke. I cannot believe that this man has been practicing so long, in his case “practice” really is the right word. Do not waste your time, go see a real gastroenterologist, one who actually wants to help you solve your problem and has the knowledge to do so.
