After 3- months of this intense unprofessional environment, we went elsewhere. They R a Very spiteful, condescending group of ladies that need to retire. Or shud Be Fired! They Shud NOT be WORKing around CHILDREN or the public!
Moved from other State & was referred here from Pediatric Dr....Dr.Sklarew is a very nice Dr. And knows his stuff about allergies and wat 2 do quickly to help a child in need of Asthmatic care. HOWEVER, I cud not on a every 2- week basis deal with his ENTIRE stressful STAFF! ESPECIALLY THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT's. THEY ALWAYS had a cold and unwelcoming way to them wen speaking 2 them. So One day I gave attitude right back @ them. After that, they wud on purpose jab the allergy shot in my child's arm so hard, and bruise her and make her cry, one medical Assistant in particular wud do this 2 her EVERY time. My child NEVER CRIED before from allergy shots from the other place.
Absolutly horrible staff. We had attitude from the staff the moment we walked in the door. The staff was very rude and phony. My 3year old daughter had a gliche in her insurance and while i was trying to remedie the situation we were told to leave while i was on the phone with the insurance provider wich was about to fix the problem. They asked for a sick three year old to leave basically. Wow!! Stay clear of this place. Money is whats on theyre mind not medicine. They should be ashamed. Im reporting them to the mass board of health and any other institution i can file a complaint.
