The owner, Paul, is nice and efficient, but his offer on buying my car was much lower than what I was able to get another dealer. I believe he was very "liberal with the truth" when citing what my car would get at auction -- his quotes for what it would go for at auction were less than half of what the other dealer said similar cars went for recently. It's the world of used cars, but it would be nice if dealers, who already have the upper hand, didn't resort to misinformation.
