brought my girlfriends car in to check the transmission.also asked them to check the vehicle (mind you they do a free multi-point inspection with oil change) .at EVERY dealership I have worked at in my years of being a service advisor everyone of them do multipoints on every car that comes in unless asked not to. went to pickup vehicle at dealership after hours. spent 115.00 dollars to be told nothing wrong with it . they didn't check anything else on her vehicle with a multi- point inspection tire lights still on cars dirty. I've been a service advisor for many years and had never seen such poor service!!!..contacted them with my concern and felt blown off!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM. and if anyone asks or I hear there name mentioned I will express my concern with everyone that even thinks about going there.. thanks joe for your help!!! if there was a zero star option I would have picked that
A few weeks purchased a used 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn Hemi with Patrick as my salesman and Terry as my financial contact. I had been looking around for almost 9 months and just happened to come across the truck on their lot which had most of the features I was looking for. The price was comparable to other dealerships in MA. Patrick was straight-forward with the price. No games, set price, and I respected that. Terry exceeded my expectations for financing.
