What would it hurt to provide a water cooler for riders stopping by and your customers. I would be more likely buy something.
The older gentleman behind the counter was rude. I stopped to see about getting some water. You must buy water. Ok, so I decided to buy a sport drink instead. Then they gave me grief about taking a debit card.
Great experience I had. Ken was friendly and funny; his coworkers were easy to talk to and nice as well. I rode my bike for about 4-5 hours with my girlfriend. She had a good time as well. This is a great activity to explore the cape. I definitely recommend it for those who like to ride bikes and explore. I would do it again!
Closes randomly without indication on website. We drove to this place to rent bikes. They had a sign on the door "closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays".
Stopped there today when my brake cable was messed up. It took less than a minute to be fixed. The man was very nice! Didn't charge me anything. I've read some other reviews. The person with the water must be a JERK.

I guess when you are the only bike rental shop at the trailhead, you can be as rude as you want to and still have customers.

Extremely rude staff, not helpful. When asking which bike would be good for riding along the canal they responded with "well they all roll." Would not help us find a bike part that we needed. Will never be back here again.
