Very good service. The employees are extremely friendly. Best bike shop around the Cape. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a very friendly place. Cant speak for the bike shop but the owner/ manager of the hardware does not even acknowledge customers, never mind wait on them. This attitude seems to trickle down so you get decent service from some employees and some what less from others.
Art was great. Rented bikes for the whole family for the day, and not only did the bikes work out perfectly, but Art gave us a map with personal highlights to see along the path. Highly recommend!
I brought a flat tire in for repair, fully expecting to wait a day. Instead, the tech fixed it right away. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Arts!
Bike shop is self serve so don't come here unless you're looking just to buy something. We ended up having to tune and adjust all the bikes including tire replacement when we were there. Not very helpful.
