I went on my first cruise to Bermuda on the Norwegian with this travel agency! What a horrible experience. My husband and My room was right under the Aqua Kitchen. So from midnight until 3 am we listened to the crew cleaning the kitchen and moving the furniture. We did complain and asked for another room. We were told that the ship was completely booked which was not true! They did offer us some ear plugs! WhoopWhoop. The agency also to forget to tell us about the new Service charge of $13.95 each time anyone waited on you
