They have good pet supplies, but the hamsters are horrifically sick. It’s disgusts me. They are untreated.. I saw a mouse bloody and half dead. The other mice were beating on the poor thing. Please adopt. Do not buy hamsters from Petco!
With the closing of Cape May Farms last summer, Petco is now my go to store as an aquarium hobbyist. They have the best selection of fresh water, brackish water, salt water fish; snails and shrimp as well as, indoor aquarium plants on the Cape.
My wife had to walk around the store for 20+ minutes before she found anyone to help her. When she asked the cashier for help (there was one) she was told to "go find someone else." When she finally found another employee, all the woman did was walk towards the area, point, and then walked away with not so much as a single word. The item she'd asked for wasn't even in the section pointed to, but she eventually found it on her own. We won't be coming back to this location. No attentiveness, nor communication from the "staff" was enough to disgust us. If it wasn't an emergency, she'd have gone to any of the other pet stores in the area, which I recommend you do.
Have good product's a bit pricey. Computer. Should allow associate to be able to enter email and fix points instead of calling corprate to do it.
