As locals, I called for a take out order at 650pm. The person on the phone assured me that the order would be to me in 35 to 40 minutes. I live about 10 min away and told them that I would be happy to pick up the order if they needed me to, but they told me that I would have it within the hour. I had a house full of people and at 810 I called to see where my pizza was. The rude employee on the phone told me that they were running behind over 2 hours for delivery. When I told him that someone told me 45 minuets, he said “nope, not happening “ Then he asked if I wanted to cancel my order after waiting over an hour and being charged!!!!!! I would have happily picked it up if someone had told me they were that backed up. If my pizza ever gets here, it will be my last from Papa Ginos!! I understand being busy, but there is no reason to be rude. Dominos is just as good and always nice!
On line ordering failed, placed order an hour early, stopped to pick up order and had to reorder and wait another 20 min. or so just to have order done wrong, making three pizzas instead of two and ending up costing $12 more. By the time we get through this, we just payed, didn't want to wait any longer. Bad experience for out of town guests.
One of the better options for family dining in Falmouth. The pizza is quite good. The service is good. It's clean and convenient. Reasonable prices. We usually eat there once a week when we're in town.
