Friendlys in Falmouth is HORRIBLE! Every time I go there I always always have a problem with something or the staff. If I want something from Friendlys I will drive from Falmouth to Hyannis to go to the one there before I go to the Falmouth branch. Terrible place!
Very slow service. We went for ice cream (to go). Took them 18 minutes to make a sundae. But worst of all. The person serving the ice cream and making the sundaes, was not wearing a beard guard or a hat or hair net. I actually watched a young lady serving ice cream to the restaurant customers and her unbound hair kept falling into the dish. We don't go there anymore.
great food but when it wasn't way to busy and they had enough staff it took a long time for my family to even get our menus wait staff is nice but friendlys usually takes a while
Unbelievably slow slow slow and I mean sloooooow service . Not enough staff in the summer , actually barely any staff in the summer . Poor waitress was bouncing around literally 5 tables and another sitting and chitchatting (with what appeared to be) her friends about her Saturday night . The eggs were disgusting, tasted like vinegar, sent it back and after all the wait I ended up with a cup of tea and nothing else. Won't go since this was the third time giving it a chance. On a side note , these gals as I understand have to split tips. So this would mean the lazy waitress chitchatting for 10 minutes while that poor gal worked her butt off must split with Ms Lazy? Shame shame friendlys, and you need a new manager at this location .
We were Sat right away. After 10 minutes we still had no waitress and the party that just came in got waited on. So we left and went to Paul's restaurant for a nice meal, friendly staff and quick service.
