This pharmacy is great. My son has a prescription that is hard to find. The company is having a production/shipping problem. Other pharmacys I call, just tell me they don't have it, or they think it spurred being made, most don't even say they are sorry. This pharmacy hours above and beyond to try to track it down each month, order it ahead of time, call me back if its not going to be shipped to them. The prescriptions are filled when they say they will be. Very well run
This has absolutely nothing to do with the PHARMACY , I need to make that clear. This has EVERYTHING to do with the store front. I really dont complain much anymore since my cancer dx, but in this case I must. Amanda was the store manager at the time, and I would like to go over HER head as well. I walked in and Amanda was ready to help I immediately said picking up Western Union, she asked how much, I told her, she said, no problem. But this involved 2 employees. Amanda was one, and another. I had a taxi outside, wasn't feeling well, and just wanted to PU some funds from Western Union. Well I kindly asked Amanda if we can check with someone else because of my situation. She pissed and moaned and called another associate who also pissed and moaned, with her reluctance she actually pouted her way to the register, (do you have cameras?) opened it up and practically threw me my funds. i will never step foot in that store again, what childish & unprofessional behavior. And I want the name of the other lady who threw my money at me. Slow down ladies, life isn't always promised to ya...so "cheers" Im still smiling. Are you? Tough Day? Maybe a Bad Hair day. You both looked lovely enough today, so why the piss poor customer service?
