i rated this company with one star, but really my recommendation is not even based on their service since the person i was to meet with never showed up. we had an appointment for a estimate and i received a voicemail telling me the representative i was meeting with would be about a half hour late. i called back and left a message saying this adjusted time would be fine. i then waited another 45 minutes past the already delayed appointment time. no one ever showed and i never received any other phone calls or emails explaining the missed appointment. needless to say i did not use this company for my move.
