I have been a good customer for 25 years and spend more than I should on a regular basis. I find prices and selection for the cape on average very good . I do feel just like the Airlines that they could do some homework on public relations. I bought a case of beer this week of 24 bottles in a cardboard box with holes on either end to be used to carry. On my way out the door both ends of the case tore off dropping the case and breaking many of the bottles. As I picked up the case, my hand was cut by glass which I don't think the woman on duty saw but when I came back to tell her what happened I got a look as if it were my fault, never an apology that the box was not strong enough. She called for someone to bring another case but never said a word to me as if she was feeling as if I should pay for another case. All customers should be treated better than this, hope the Mgt. at Kappy's agree
They have a wide selection of beer in a nice clean building. Helpful staff.
