Bob and the whole crew at Taylor Rental deserve a 5 star rating! My experience with them from start to finish was incredibly helpful, personal, and cost efficient. I planned my own DIY build-your-own wedding and Bob helped me along the span of 8 months answering all my questions and tending to my concerns in an open and honest manner up to the day of the wedding. I worked with many people during this whole process and he was hands down the most helpful! Even the men who came to set up and break down the tent, tables, etc. were personable and helpful (we wished they could stay for a beer or two!). As a busy bride planning a wedding for 110 people in the backyard of a house in Orleans all while in grad school and working part-time, Taylor Rental was a Godsend and the end product was more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for. Do not hesitate to use their services!
Rented a wood chipper!!! When the other place where i used to rent with a reservation in person didnt have for my reservation or call to notify me that they dont have it!!! From now on Taylor is my first rental place!
Great experience. I came in at end of day... very busy time. Team got to me in order. Rented several items at different times. Staff were eager to great advice on my existing project and share what they else they had that could help some future projects.
Horrible customer service, they rented me the wrong tool for the job. I was very explicit on the job at hand . They did not seem to care, Manager very condescending.
