I have been going to see Jim Bowen for years now, and he is amazing! I have never left there unsatisfied. The scalp massage that he gives when washing your hair is amazing. He is very creative, and talented you won't be disappointed.
I recommend James at Artisan Salon for anything from a simple fade for men to in depth reinventing of a woman's hair style.
While in Falmouth for work I was pleased to be greeted with great service and hospitality. James is affable and talented in his trade. He was able to accommodate both myself and a female co-worker as walk-ins. Not only were we both highly pleased with our haircuts but James was happy to give us pointers for food and entertainment in town.
I just moved to Falmouth and was in need of a hairdresser to cut my hair for my sons upcoming wedding in June. Jim did a beautiful cut and I couldn't have been more happy. As the summer went on, I decided to go back to Jim and have him give me a completely new short haircut and had him also give me highlights/lowlights to even out my color. Wow! I am so happy with the results! Looks so cute and much cooler in the heat! I would highly recommend making an appointment with Jim or Morgan at Artisans salon in Falmouth.
I am always nervous to get my hair cut at a new place because I have long, thick, curly hair that is difficult to cut. Jim did a great job with my hair! He made sure we were clear about the length coming off so there were no surprises, and he put nice layers in my hair to distribute the volume. Highly recommend! (side note: bring cash or check to pay)
