When I have had problems with service or the phones themselves, it has taken the same wait time to get any assistance, and the staff was pushy and dismissive. The accessories they sell are also very poor quality. I purchased two of them on my last trip: a stylus and a screen protector. The screen protector is blurry and the adhesive wore off within the first hour - it is also cut badly so that the proximity sensor on the phone is partially blocked. It was also outrageously priced at $22 for a single protector. The stylus is a piece of junk.
I felt pressured by the salespersons to buy a certain phone, along with a certain data plan when neither of them were appropriate for my needs. I am not exactly a novice when it comes to phones - I even consider myself tech-savvy. However, one salesperson in particular treated me as if I didn't have the first clue about phones, computers, or anything else.

When I have visited, the staff is always busy managing a task or helping another customer. They (with one exception) have not looked up and welcomed me to the store, asked if I needed help, or even bothered to acknowledge my presence at all. When I do receive help, it is after waiting an average of 20 minutes.
I have been to this location several times in the last two months for various reasons: to upgrade, renew a contract, fix problems with service, and more. My impression of this store isn't a very good one, and most of that comes down to their poor customer service.
Good service
I went to Best Buy mobile to purchase my last phone upgrade, and I was so impressed by their service comparatively. Their prices were better, their staff was much nicer, and most importantly, I felt the salespeople were more honest and not at all patronizing. I recommend that you visit them first.
Stopped in to this location while on vacation due to a broken phone. The representative went through my account and took measure to process an insurance claim, finished and told me to expect my new phone by mail. When I called customer service to check on the replacement phone when it did not show up as expected, I was told no claim was ever started. What a waste of time and effort!
