New patients should not be taken for a ride like this. Poor business practice.
I've been taking my daughters to your practice since August and on initial arrival was never told that you did not accept my insurance. Your billing person even said to me today,"I was surprised you kept coming back." With each visit a claim was submitted by your office to my dental insurance company, leading me to believe I had coverage. Most importantly again, I was never told by anyone on your staff that my dental coverage was not accepted at your office. Now I'm stuck with a $900 bill and a meek apology from your billing person.
