Very unhappy with my experience we were told we could exchange items that didn't fit next time we were on the cape. So next time we were on the cape tried to exchange 2 items that don't fit.
We are now informed there is a 30 day exchange policy that we were not made aware of.
GOOD
I was just informed its stated on the receipt so I guess I need to not believe a sales associate and read the fine print on my receipt which went into the bag and stayed in the bag in case I needed to exchange the items.
Very Disappointing to say the very least. If they do not exchange my items I will never buy their clothes again and will write a bad review every day encouraging women to not purchase these products.
