I emailed her to tell her how unhappy I was with the all process and her, And she only emailed back saying they are working on the house value which she never did plus she did not reply back about me being unhappy with he!! She should be fired!!

She did not reply back to most of my emails in the process of working on a equity line for me as well as she got a value of my house back from a company they use and the value was much lower than all comps in my neighborhood and she did not even try to get it adjusted to earn my business as a customer,
